    French-Food Importer Sues Over Retaliatory Duties

    Schratter Foods Inc., a U.S. importer of Roquefort cheese and French mini toast, has filed suit against the U.S. government, asserting that retaliatory duties imposed on those products in the wake of a European ban on hormone-injected beef should no longer apply because of a U.S. Court of International Trade ruling in a separate case.
