Greenpeace RICO Suit Over Dow, Sasol Spying Nixed
A Washington federal judge on Friday tossed Greenpeace Inc.'s suit against Dow Chemical Co. and Sasol North America Inc., saying the environmental watchdog could not use the chemical makers' alleged criminal theft of its confidential papers as a basis for claims under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act.
