American Pride Can't Get New Trial In Insurance Row
A Florida federal judge on Thursday refused to grant a new trial to a defunct building company, finding the jury was right to decide that the builder's insurer, Mid-Continent Casualty Co., did not have to indemnify a settlement in an underlying copyright dispute.
