Bear Stearns Workers With Unexercised Stock Options Get Zip
A New York federal judge on Tuesday refused to reconsider a ruling that holders of unexercised Bear Stearns Cos. Inc. employee stock options are excluded from a $295 million settlement of sprawling securities litigation against the failed investment bank, saying the court didn't overlook controlling decisions or facts.
