DOJ Urges Approval Of $8.75M RI Superfund Settlement
The U.S. Department of Justice on Monday urged a Rhode Island federal judge to sign off on an $8.75 million settlement over contamination at the Centredale Manor Superfund site, calling an agreement with the New England Container Co. reasonable and in the public interest.
