    Fry's Sanctioned For Hiding Evidence In EEOC Bias Suit

    A federal judge in Washington state slapped Fry's Electronics Inc. with $100,000 in sanctions Tuesday for hiding or destroying relevant information and redacting phone records in an effort to impede a sex discrimination suit brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
