A California federal judge on Tuesday reinstated a $4.7 million indemnification judgment against Syntellect Inc. stemming from its failure to indemnify Southern California Gas Co. in a patent infringement suit over Syntellect technology, ruling there was no reason to allocate liability to other parties.
