Domino's Sees GeoTag Store-Locator Infringement Suit Tossed
A Texas federal judge on Tuesday tossed GeoTag Inc.'s lawsuit accusing Domino's Pizza Inc. of infringing its widely asserted store-locator patents, following a magistrate judge's recommendation that the court toss the suit because there is no evidence Domino's infringed.
