    Excess Insurance Suit Nixed In Tainted Supplement MDL

    An Alabama federal judge tossed a suit Tuesday brought by Lafayette Insurance Co. against Chartis Specialty Insurance Co. over coverage for a nutritional supplement maker’s settlement costs in a multidistrict product liability litigation, ruling the claims did not belong in federal court.
