    An Arizona federal judge on Thursday ordered sheriff Joe Arpaio and other members of the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office to show why they shouldn't be held in contempt for violating an injunction over traffic stops used to verify drivers' immigration status, saying the plaintiffs presented enough proof the injunction's terms were not implemented.
