US Must Do Enviro Review Of Polar Bear Rule: Court
A Washington federal judge on Monday ordered the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to vacate a controversial special rule on endangered polar bears, finding that the agency violated federal law by failing to do even a basic environmental review before it passed the rule in 2008.

Court Orders Interior Dept. To Review Polar Bear Listing
