OfficeMax, Scotts Can't Escape Store Locator IP Suit
A Texas federal judge on Wednesday refused to allow a slew of companies, including OfficeMax Inc. and The Scotts Miracle-Gro Co., to escape GeoTag Inc.'s online search patent infringement claims, which were brought over the companies' use of store locator tools on their websites.
