    US Airways Freed From Skycaps' Suit Over Lost Tips

    U.S. Airways on Friday escaped a putative wage-and-hour class action brought by skycaps accusing the airline and others of driving down wages by imposing a mandatory $2 per bag fee on travelers, after an Arizona federal judge concluded the airline was not a joint employer of the skycaps.
