A New York federal judge on Monday denied a request from Antonelli Terry Stout & Kraus LLP to restrict an ex-client from executing the $8 million judgment it won in a malpractice case against the firm over an allegedly botched patent application, calling the firm's move "entirely misplaced" and warning the parties off their "fusillade" of filings.
