    The Federal Circuit on Wednesday affirmed a lower court's ruling that Arthrex Inc. must pay rival Smith & Nephew Inc. $95 million for infringing a patent for surgical suture methods, rejecting Arthrex's argument that it should get a new chance to show the patent is invalid.
