A Colorado federal judge on Wednesday approved a $10 million settlement in a shareholder class action alleging Crocs Inc. concealed inventory issues before a large write-down, overruling claims that the lead plaintiff lacked standing to sue because it purchased derivatives outside the U.S.

Crocs Inc. on Monday agreed to pay $10 million to partially settle a putative class action accusing it of concealing its financial state in advance of an announcement that it was taking a write-down of more than $70 million of inventory.
