Microsoft Contract Suit Over Motorola Patents Trimmed
A federal judge in Washington state on Wednesday trimmed claims from Microsoft Corp.'s lawsuit accusing Motorola Inc. of breaching an agreement to license various patents, and consolidated the case with a patent infringement suit the cellphone company brought against Microsoft.
