    Fulmer Helmets Inc. reached a settlement Wednesday with a group of consumers alleging the company distorted the safety of its motorcycle helmets, asking a Tennessee federal court to approve an agreement granting approximately 30,000 people either a new helmet or a $25 cash reward.
