    Church Zoning Battle Motivated By Discrimination: Judge

    A Maryland federal judge ruled on Wednesday that a Protestant Evangelical group should be able to build a church after a nearly decade-long zoning battle with a local municipality, saying the dispute had wasted taxpayer money and was motivated by religious discrimination.
