    Portage Inc. convinced a Kentucky federal judge Wednesday to eliminate two claims brought by subcontractor CAF & Associates Inc., but failed to nix claims of fraud and misrepresentation after the energy contractor backed out of an agreement to hire CAF employees to clean up a nuclear site.
