Sony, HTC, Others Sued Over Geo-Tagging Patent
MyPort IP Inc. on Friday slapped Sony Corp. and thirteen other big names in mobile devices with a suit in Texas accusing them of infringing a patent by marketing cellphones that can geo-tag and then transmit photos and other files.
