    Union Loses CBA Sabotage Suit Against US Airways

    A New York federal judge on Thursday shut down a pilots union's contentious suit accusing U.S. Airways Inc. of sabotaging contract negotiations for a collective bargaining agreement, saying the union hadn't shown the airline was intentionally waylaying the discussion.
