    HTC Says Patent Reform Bars SoftView Case Transfer

    HTC Corp. on Tuesday asked a federal judge in Washington state to reconsider transferring its declaratory judgment suit over two SoftView LLC patents to Delaware, saying that the recent patent reform law precludes adding HTC as a defendant in the Delaware suit.
