Fox Escapes Trademark Suit Over 'The Gates' Show
An Iowa federal judge threw out a trademark suit against Fox Television Studios Inc. on Wednesday, finding that viewers would not be likely to confuse its failed supernatural crime drama "The Gates" with a religious music television program called "The Gate."
