    The Third Circuit on Thursday denied Great Western Mining and Mineral Co.'s request to reopen its lawsuit claiming Brownstein Vitale & Weiss PC and an arbitration firm hid an improper relationship between them, ruling the company was barred from re-litigating claims that had already been decided.
