    Harley-Davidson, Brando Estate Settle Boot IP Fight

    Harley-Davidson Motor Co. Inc. and Brando Enterprises LP — which owns Marlon Brando's intellectual property — have settled a lawsuit accusing the motorcycle maker of slapping the Brando name on a line of boots without permission, the parties said Monday.
