Qimonda Gets Green Light For Liquidation Plan
A Delaware bankruptcy judge gave her blessing Monday to Qimonda Richmond LLC's liquidation plan, which will pay the defunct chip maker's unsecured creditors no more than 14 percent on hundreds of millions of dollars in claims.

Qimonda Settles GE Unit's Lease Claim For $15M
Qimonda Richmond LLC agreed on Thursday to pay $15.3 million to settle a claim brought in Delaware bankruptcy court by General Electric Capital Corp., which leased semiconductor manufacturing equipment to the defunct chip-maker.

Qimonda Strikes $35M Deal In WARN Act Suit
Qimonda Richmond LLC on Monday reached a $35 million settlement in a Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act class action in Delaware that accused the defunct chip maker of failing to pay former employees severance when it shut down in February 2009.
