Chicago To Revise Firefighter Tests After Female Bias Claims
The city of Chicago has agreed to fork over nearly $2 million and replace its current physical fitness test for the hiring of new firefighters to settle a class action brought by female applicants who claimed the test was discriminatory, according documents filed in an Illinois federal court Thursday.
