Remy To Pay Tecnomatic $32M To Settle Hybrid Motor Suit
Industrial parts manufacturers Remy International Inc. said Thursday it would pay Tecnomatic SpA $32 million and enter into a cross-licensing agreement for Tecnomatic's patents to settle dueling suits in Indiana federal court over hybrid engine parts for which it had sought Tecnomatic's help in making.
