    Judge Ices Pinkberry's Suit Over Japanese Trademark

    A California federal judge on Wednesday tossed Pinkberry Inc.'s suit against companies that registered the Japanese trademark for "Pinkberry," saying the frozen yogurt chain's claims were not linked closely enough to American foreign commerce for the Lanham Act to be applied outside the U.S.
