Foot Locker To Pay Workers $7.1M In FLSA Settlement
A Pennsylvania federal judge granted final approval of a $7.15 million settlement in a Fair Labor Standards Act class action brought by workers accusing Foot Locker Inc. of wage-and-hour violations, and allowed a request for attorney's fees of $2.38 million, according to court documents filed Tuesday.
