Anadarko Joins Enviro Suit Over Gulf Drilling Leases
Anadarko Petroleum Corp. was allowed to intervene Wednesday in a suit alleging that federal regulators broke environmental law by granting drilling leases after the Deepwater Horizon blowout, after the company argued that it had spent $127 million to obtain 38 of the leases being challenged.
