    The Fourth Circuit on Monday affirmed the dismissal of a class action accusing chemical manufacturer Alcolac Inc. of aiding and abetting torture by selling mustard gas components to ex-Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein, who then used the gas against Kurds in northern Iraq.
