BMW Transmission Defect Settlement Gets Tentative OK
A California federal judge indicated Monday that he will preliminarily approve a proposed settlement in a class action alleging BMW of North America LLC concealed a transmission defect in Mini Cooper vehicles, a deal that would pay thousands of drivers up to $9,000 each to cover repairs.
