    Ecosentials Says Vitaminwater Trademark Invalid

    Ecosentials LLC, which makes the water enhancer Vitamin Squeeze, filed a lawsuit on Friday asking an Arizona federal court to rule that its product does not infringe Vitaminwater maker Energy Brands Inc.'s "vitaminwater" trademark, saying the trademark is invalid.
