3M, Notepaper Rival Reach Deal In Post-It IP Suit
A Minnesota federal judge on Thursday signed off on a deal that ends 3M Co.'s trademark and unfair competition suit against Unemployed Philosophers Inc. over 3M's famous Post-It notes, which states that the novelty company's line of sticky notepaper is too similar to 3M's mark.
