RSUI Doesn't Have To Cover 2008 Manhattan Crane Collapse
A New York federal judge on Tuesday ruled that RSUI Indemnity Co. does not have to indemnify RCG Group (USA) or Reliance Construction Ltd. for claims from a 2008 crane collapse in New York City that killed seven people, saying the accident was not covered under a clause in the construction group's excess liability insurance policy.
