    DOJ Settles Antitrust Suit Over $26M Blue Cross Deal

    The U.S. Department of Justice on Tuesday announced an antitrust settlement requiring insurer New West Health Services Inc. to sell most of its business, the same day it sued Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana Inc. for paying $26 million for New West customers.
