    Abercrombie Escapes 'Jersey Shore' Star's Legal Situation

    A Florida federal judge on Friday tossed "Jersey Shore" star Michael "The Situation" Sorrentino's lawsuit accusing Abercrombie & Fitch Stores Inc. of misappropriating his image and trademarked nickname, saying the retailer's "The Fitchuation" T-shirt was a parody that consumers would not believe came from Sorrentino.
