    Frito-Lay Inc. has agreed to pay $1.6 million to settle a class action alleging that the company failed to pay overtime wages and denied meal and rest breaks to workers who sold and delivered its products to stores and arranged the displays at those locations, according to a Monday filing in California federal court.
