Cisco, Sprint Lose Bid For Atty Fees In WiFi IP Row
A California federal judge on Friday refused to award Cisco Systems Inc., Motorola Mobility LLC, Sprint Spectrum LP and other top tech companies attorneys' fees and impose sanctions against a plaintiff who lost its lawsuit over wireless technology patents, saying the case isn't "extraordinary."

Cisco, Sprint Unplug Infringement Claims In Wi-Fi IP Row
A California federal judge on Tuesday ruled that top tech companies, including Cisco Systems Inc., Sprint Spectrum LP and Motorola Mobility LLC, do not infringe a patent for wireless technology that allows mobile devices to access different communications networks, saying the accused technology differs.
