    CORRECTED: Magnesium Co. Says CVM Minerals Breached $121M Deal

    New Jersey metals distributor Magnesium.com Inc. slapped a Malaysian magnesium producer with a breach of contract suit Thursday, claiming CVM Minerals Ltd. tricked Mg.com into signing an unfavorable $1.2 billion sourcing agreement so CVM could leverage financing for a new plant. Correction: A previously published version of this article incorrectly stated that the five-year offtake agreement between Magnesium.com Inc. and CVM Minerals Ltd. was valued at $1.2 billion. The error has been corrected.
