    Sioux Honey Beats Class Action Over Pollen-Free Product

    A California federal judge on Monday tossed a proposed class action accusing Sioux Honey Association Cooperative of marketing its honey product as "honey" despite the fact the pollen had been removed, finding federal and state law didn't require the honey producer to disclose the pollen's absence.
