    Penske Dodges Class Cert. Of Dispatcher's Overtime Suit

    A California federal judge on Friday declined to designate a suit alleging Penske Logistics LLC miscategorized dispatchers as supervisors in order to avoid paying them overtime as a class action, saying the manner in which some dispatchers did their jobs suggested they had not been misclassified.
