    An Idaho federal judge on Thursday tossed claims by Pleasant Valley Biofuels LLC against a Florida law firm over a soured $7 million financing deal between the Idaho-based renewables firm and private equity firm Quest Capital Finance Inc., finding that Idaho does not have jurisdiction over the law firm.
