    Nassau County Can't Shake Male Dispatchers' Pay Bias Suit

    A New York federal court on Thursday rejected Nassau County, N.Y.'s bid to dismiss a pay discrimination suit brought by male emergency dispatchers, saying the alleged wage disparity could be deemed discriminatory even though it was created by the settlement of an earlier discrimination suit.
