    HHS Can't Shake FOIA Suit Over Formaldehyde Research

    A Washington federal judge on Wednesday denied the U.S. Department of Health Human Services' bid to dismiss a suit seeking documents related to a study which led the agency to list formaldehyde as a carcinogen, saying it hadn't shown it had conducted a thorough search of its records.
