    Volvo's Diesel Engines Break Emissions Law, DOJ Says

    The U.S. Department of Justice launched a suit against Volvo Construction Equipment AB on Thursday alleging it violated the Clean Air Act by manufacturing and importing more than 250 diesel engines that failed to conform to emissions standards established by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
