Hotels, Online Travel Sites Dodge Antitrust Class Action
A Texas federal judge on Tuesday tossed a consolidated putative class action claiming a slew of hotels and online travel agencies, or OTAs, conspired to fix prices for hotel rooms, finding the plaintiffs failed to allege an actual conspiracy.
