Law Student Drops LSAT Disability Discrimination Suit
A California federal judge on Thursday agreed to let a law student drop his lawsuit against the administrators of the Law School Admission Test because he doesn't want to hamper a larger case also accusing them of discriminating against disabled test-takers who request accommodations.
